Peninsula Hospice Service will provide integrated physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological support as sought and required, to people on the Mornington Peninsula who are living with a terminal illness, to assist them to achieve the highest quality of life within the living environment of their choice, and to support them and their families through death and bereavement.
