Donations

Fundraising is an essential component of service delivery and community support allows us to continue to provide expert palliative care in the home and expand our services as community need and demand continues to grow. 

As PHS has deductible gift recipient (DGR) status, all donations over $2 are tax deductible (please ensure you provide us with your name and address details so we can forward your receipt). Please advise if you don't wish to be acknowledged in our Annual Report.

Donations are a lovely idea to consider for special events such as anniversaries or birthdays, when a person chooses to support their chosen charity to mark the occasion.

By phoning 9783 6177 and providing your credit card details over the phone

Cheque
By posting it to PO Box 759 Frankston VIC  3199 (made payable to Peninsula Hospice Service or PHS)

Money Order

Cash
By visiting PHS at Building 6/125 Golf Links Road Frankston where a receipt will be issued to you
