You can make an ongoing difference to the lives of people living with a terminal illness by becoming a PHS Pledge Supporter. 

This means that you ‘pledge’ a nominated sum to be donated to PHS at regular intervals (monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annually) and PHS will do the rest. No more forms, no more cheques, no more postage.

The choice of amount is yours and will be charged directly to your credit card at the nominated intervals - simple and easy. You will be issued with a tax receipt for your total pledge amount donated at the end of each financial year.
 
By becoming a PHS Pledge Supporter, you will be establishing a regular donation schedule that is as short term or permanent as you wish.  Your pledge can be cancelled or changed at any time by notifying PHS in writing.
